Booking ID:25308**** Check In :March 9 - March 10 Dear Agoda, I am deeply disappointed on your customer service .I am a very loyal Agoda customer.Whenever I go,Agoda is always my first and best choice. Last night,I wrongly book the hotel, I wish to check in on Feb but I booked for March.So I direct call Agoda customer service to seek for help.

First Call - Previn He is nice and successful for helping me to change the date for the first hotel and he said another booking have to wait for the hotel to reply .SO I WAIT... ... 2nd day No any call or email from Agoda!!!!So I call Agoda Customer Service.This lady is totally helpless!!!!!!! I ask her why Agoda never inform or update us about CAN CHANGE or CANNOT CHANGE.So maybe we can do another booking.Her answer is the hotel JUST REPLY US.JUST REPLY????!!!!!Please show me the prove!!!!hotel email,Time and Date!!!!

I said if Agoda inform me early ,I can make another booking for cheaper price ,now the rate has raise!!!!She answer in a very unprofessional way again,if the hotel not allow to change ,We also canโ€™t do much Is this really Agoda Customer Service???????????

Are you idiot? of course hotel provider don't have any empowerment to do so.

its all up to the hotel. Furthermore, its your own mistake and you shouldn't have blame it on Agoda. Same goes to other hotel provider. They do the same.

Stop pointing fingers and use your brain before you complaint. lol

Lol why cant you book properly the next time? Plus they might receive thousands of emails per day so there is a long queue.

Maybe you should be careful next time.

They are doing their best. Just bcs you PAY doesnt mean you are right all the time.
