Error on booking dates

Dear Agoda Customer Services Department,
I am extremely disappointed to see your disregard to customer service satisfaction. The experience was terrible.

Your employee did not offer any solution to the booking error. Additionally, she told me that I was lying about contacting your company previously regarding this issue.

She also refused to put me in contact with a supervisor.
Sadly, by the name you put to this customer service pissed customer I can tell the lack of professionalism of your company.
I will recommend to all my clients never to use your company for any hotel bookings in Puerto Rico and to call directly the hotels.

I have been sending emails regarding my refund but Noone has ever responded.
I was asked to cancel my booking by owner of Angela's place and he promised that I will be refunded. Still waiting up to date.

Very good. However, I would not have e been able to get ahold of them if it weren’t for Pissed Consumer. Agora had sent me an email stating I had to submit payment or lose my reservation, then they gave me a link to go to but the link didn’t work and said try again later! I had no way of getting a hold of Agoda! Thank you PC.

Misleading Baggage information
During the booking process in Agoda, I was explicitly informed that checked baggage up to 25 kg was included in the fare. However after confirming my booking, I was informed by the airline that there will be additional fee for checked baggage. This came as a complete suprise as I had relied on the initial information provided during the booking process to plan my luggage accordingly. I believe this is a clear case of misleading information provided by Agoda. I request that you investigate this matter truly and thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. I'm requesting a lower fare for my flight. It is unfair that I should be charged a higher fare due to a mistake on your part. Sent the explanation about misleading baggage information to minnaungsoe1@***.com ,it would be my pleasure if I can have the phone number of someone from Agoda who can explain this situation
