I was booking the hotel on 14th Nov 2018 via Agoda.app for my 2 days trip in KL Bukit Bintang@ Fahrenheit 88#38 3 bedeoom on 2-4 Dec 2018. The reason we booked for this hotel is location in the central of Bukit Bintang. We didn't drive to KL, choose whichever is walking distance in Central of Bukit Bintang, planning to have a shopping trip and relaxing in Bukit Bintang only with my old parents and young kids. However, never ever thought when the day itself, 2nd Dec, received a message from the hotel said that the 3 bedrooms we booked was not available and full. I has made the payment online via credit card and the confirmation was sent to me when the last day of non cancellation 26th Nov. Everything is assumed fine except on the day we traveled to KL. We all been shocked and panic. Scared that have no available rooms to stay after we commuted 1 whole day to KL with tiring body. Tried to call Agoda Malaysia for thousand times, nobody to answer it, still unable to connect to agoda. I never thought this will happened to us. The Perfect Host contact number is hard harder hardest to call them. You will only been connected by them when they said the rooms were unavailable. Nevertheless, the Perfect Host on agoda sent me a message said that they were moved us to another 3 bedrooms apartment at 1,Jalan Tengah, KL. And we have no choice to accept their arrangment at jalan tengah (late checked in 11pm).

I thought after checked in, everything will be smooth and fine

Oh my god, the new condo we been transferred, had no WI-Fi. This is the most terrible service, felt like we been cheated by this hotel. Tried to switch on the TV, not even a shadow shown up in the TV. We had been calling and message the hotel for thousand times,not even someone to answer. After 24 hours later, about 9pm on 3rd Dec, we were about to checked out on 4th Dec, the hotel sent a message, we were still configuring to solve this problem.

Terrible plus horrible services.."Still configuring??? " sorry to tell you we are going to sleep but you still in configuring.

Besides the rooms were so dirty, not even provide a single cup of coffee or tea bag, no tissues paper provided. Staying 3 days 2 nights, but they never cleaned up the rooms and rubbish. Can you guys imagine the reason I am so frustrated and pissed off. This was messed up the mood of our vacation. If you were me, will you think that your money was worth for this kind of services?
