Update.... we have the additional after a long wait, the first room we have was on the 37th floor after a long wait they provide the second room on the 36th floor. All of us are tired, it was a bad experience and tiring, knowing their office was on the 3rd floor, we made a several follow up, just to have this second room.

I booked 2 rooms, a week before paid via credit card, but the sad story was they said the room is not available by 2 pm, we wait for an hour. The sad story was, there is only 1 available room, and we are still waiting for the other room, writing this we are waiting for 4 hours now and counting. We go to their office and they said they are still looking for the available room.
